The daily maintenance of oil press machines is of paramount importance, affecting their performance, service life, and production safety. The following are specific maintenance points.
1. Select hydraulic oil viscosity and relevant properties for the hydraulic press. Flush pipelines thoroughly, then verify oil name and specific grade against the oil gauge.
2. For equipment casings: Dry thoroughly before applying oil for assembly. Note: Caskings and pipelines must be free of residual metal powders, rust, sealants, wires, paints, or coatings.
3. After installation, perform an internal flush of the hydraulic system using hydraulic working oil or trial oil. Flush at 50–80°C, commencing with intermittent operation followed by continuous running for 4–12 hours. Install an oil separator on the return line during flushing; continue until no further contaminants are captured.
4. Should mechanical debris be detected in the hydraulic oil, immediately change the oil and clean the system.
5. New hydraulic oil must be left to settle for several days before being introduced into the hydraulic transmission or air intake system via a filter. Sealing devices should be regularly inspected and replaced as required.
6. The oil tank vent must be fitted with a high-efficiency air filter to prevent hydraulic oil from becoming contaminated during operation and to block dust ingress.
7. Selecting appropriate lubricants is crucial. High-quality equipment not only delivers value to customers but also reduces operational burdens and costs for personnel. Our enterprise possesses a team of technical specialists, a comprehensive innovation management system, advanced precision testing equipment, manufacturing facilities, and specialised production processes to manufacture products.
Stretching hydraulic equipment necessitates five fundamental properties in working fluids:
Suitable fluidity and low viscosity. Temporary operation without chemical alteration. Technical personnel develop products based on these requirements to enhance transmission efficiency.
Corrosion resistance.
Excellent lubricating properties.
Ease of sealing.
Stable performance.
Design and manufacture hydraulic products. To produce high-quality four-column hydraulic press equipment, superior hydraulic fluid is essential. Operational quality is also a key consideration for equipment performance. Well-functioning machinery not only delivers superior workmanship but also reduces operator workload and significantly lowers costs. Therefore, to ensure reliable equipment operation, strict quality control of stretching hydraulic press equipment is imperative.
